Our programme is ideal for anyone looking to build a career in logistics, operations, engineering, programme delivery or business leadership.

Who is it for?

Over two years, you’ll work in the heart of one of the UK’s largest and most complex food supply chains, learning what it takes to get our much-loved products from suppliers, to distribution centres and into M&S Stores. This isn’t a programme where you’ll observe from the sidelines.
