If you're passionate about sustainability, environmental improvement and making a meaningful impact, the Sustainability Graduate Scheme could be the perfect start your career.

What you'll be doing

As a Sustainability Graduate, you’ll support projects and initiatives that help improve environmental performance across the business. From supporting carbon reduction programmes and sustainability reporting to working with operational teams to deliver meaningful change, you’ll gain practical experience whilst helping a shape a more sustainable future.

Your journey

You’ll begin with a six-month operational placement, helping you develop a strong understanding of the M&S Food Logistics operation. Following this you’ll move into the Sustainability pathway, where you’ll gain exposure to sustainability focused projects, business initiatives and develop opportunities.
