Graduates begin their journey

Gist’s latest graduates and industrial placements arrived in September, and, following induction training, have taken up roles at sites across the network.
“The 17 Graduates and Industrial Placement students attended a three-day induction programme, where they met with senior employees and board members, learnt about the business and found out what to expect from their new careers.”
Project Management graduate Samuel Richardson, who will be based at Gist's Head office in Chineham, said: “I am excited by Gist’s passion surrounding graduates and helping them to progress. The support network really is a motivating factor for joining,” while Alice Chipp, Operations Management Industrial Placement Student said it was the “range of opportunities available to me,” that most excited her about joining the Gist team at Thatcham.
