We work in partnership with M&S to guarantee that your perfect Christmas dinner is served, your seasonal Percy pigs are available any time for a treat, and you have a range of festive platters to choose from.

We like to think of ourselves as the little Christmas elves of the M&S Food network during this time of the year, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the goods are in the stores ready for the big Christmas shopping trip!

We are on the hunt for people who can represent Gist for Christmas, either working in our friendly warehouses or delivering on the roads. We need you to demonstrate how the best, safest, and most efficient logistics service is carried out at the most important, and magical, time of the year.

What are we looking for?

Whilst warehouse experience (ideally in a chilled environment) is beneficial, we are also looking for passionate, adaptable, and collaborative people.

Full comprehensive training will be provided and in return for your achievements, we also offer fantastic pathways and career progression opportunities.

Many of our current Team Leaders or Warehouse Managers have started their career as Warehouse Operatives. Our ideal Warehouse Operative will be able to follow instructions whilst working together as a team with pace and adaptability.
