Ahold is one of the world’s leading retail groups and is the number 1 retailer in the Czech Republic. Gist operates a fleet of vehicles in the Czech Republic, situated at Ahold’s DC in Olomouc. From here we distribute goods to Ahold’s retail outlets in Moravia (eastern Czech Republic).

Albert Heijn is a member of Ahold Group, which delivers to a mixed format of supermarket and convenience stores in Holland.

Gist provides logistics (stock management, order picking and transport) for the horticulture goods. From the NDC, we deliver direct to the stores and/or via a range of National RDC´s. Store deliveries are 6 days a week, with the shortest lead time being 9 hours from order to store delivery.

Gist has worked with British Airways for over 14 years. Our work over this period has included warehouse implementation of both new operations and new warehouse management systems and now comprises the following activities:
Receipt, handling and distribution of catering and retail products for all BA In Flight Retail (IFR) and In Flight Services (IFS)

Gist has been working with Carlsberg UK to improve efficiency and manage their warehouse operations in the UK for container distribution. Over the years Gist has introduced many improvements to the warehouse operations at multiple distribution centres; the teams have enabled the increase of storage space use from 60-90% and have streamlined product movement processes which have improved staff resources by 35%.

Intergreen is the largest company within the Dutch Flower Group and specialises in the supply of ready-to-sell flowers, bouquets and plants to retailers in Europe. Intergreen’s UK customers include major supermarket chains - Asda, Tesco, Morrisons, Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s.
