The Accelerate Management Training Programme

Gist's Management Training Programme, Accelerate, offers a fast track opportunity for you to enter the logistics and supply chain management industry. This growing sector offers careers in a number of specialist fields. Our graduates come from a variety of disciplines to train in a diverse range of roles.

Finance graduates are recruited by our parent company, The Linde Group.

If successful you will undertake a training programme with defined learning objectives. These objectives are regularly reviewed to ensure you develop the skills and competencies necessary to succeed in management roles and progress within Gist.

The programme will last between 18-24 months and you will move through the scheme at a pace reflecting your own specific needs. The programme starts in late August/early September and comprises of approximately 3 placements in a broad range of business activities, each offering real management responsibility and a number of potential career paths. This means that you will have to be prepared to move at regular intervals during your training.
