The IT Accelerate Programme
The IT Management Training Programme lasts between 18 and 24 months. It combines a number of placements outside of the team followed by intensive training, coaching and project management experience gained within the Project Services team itself.
Depot placements occupy the first 6 months and will provide a hands-on understanding of our operations and what Gist does as a business. You will also see how IT systems can affect and impact the efficiency of the operation.
You will then rotate around the technical IT teams: Service Suport: Technical Services; and Application Development, to ensure that you understand the broad scope of services offered by the IT function.0
For the second year of the programme you will return to the Project Services team. Here you will help to deliver projects with the guidance and support of experienced Project Managers. There will also be significant training in out core disciplines of Project Management and Business Systems Analysis.
The programme is designed to give you the opportunity to build relationships with people from all areas of IT and the operations.

The Future
